Today, I finalized and delivered this month's social media content calendar for a small business called .

The first words from my client to me were, "Are you ready for breakfast?" 🥓🍳 I am so happy I get to work with such kind, goodhearted people. He also gifted me a mug to remind me of the hours I should be working and said to make a Mon-Fri sticker on it and send him the bill. (He wasn't too keen on me taking appointments on the weekend haha😂🫢)

✨ What I Did for a Client Today ✨

Today, I helped a senior from Ohio virtually with Microsoft Excel and organizing files on her computer.

🛠️ The issue: When she was going to print, it would print blank pages instead of what she wanted, and she was having trouble finding certain files.

💡 The fix: I showed her how to use the “Print Selection” option within the print settings and added icons to her desktop so that she can find her most important documents easily.

💬 Their reaction: “Now, how did you do that?!”
I then explained and emailed her a very detailed set of instructions for later use.

Another day, another tech win! 🙌

✨ What I Did for a Client Today ✨

Today, I helped someone install a printer.

🛠️ The issue: The old printer wasn't printing anymore.
