Meet Autum Brooks, one of our customer service representatives.

Autum started with us in the fall of 2025, and if you've called into our office since then, you have likely talked to her! 😊

When asked about her favorite part of the job, Autum says, "I like to see all the different label designs and working with the customer to help their vision of the label become real, not just an idea. As Walter Landor says 'Products are made in the factory, but labels give them a voice on the shelf'."

Outside of work, you can find Autum spending time with her kids and coaching Pop Warner cheer in her community, a role she has proudly held for the past 10 years.
