All freight packs have been updated to include the following changes;

Blueprint braking force adjustments to better reflect ideal tread braking performance.

Scripting updates to include provisions for new physics calculations over train length. This should fix the slumping of train performance when on undulating gradients once addressed in pending locomotive updates and future products.

Blueprint adjustment to ACF 2 Bay Hoppers to address a bounding box issue. (The cars were too fat)

New ACF 5000 Cu.ft. Pressure Differential hopper added to Pack 3. Used in starch/powdered product service.

We ask that everyone re-download and reinstall the packs.

3rd party reskins will need to be manually updated by their authors or by end-users.

Quiet on the social media front!

Due to how Facebook changed business account handling, we have struggled to get back access on here so we apologize for the absence!

We've spent some time catching back up on support tickets, and have a couple updates to our freight packs coming soon. More news to follow.

It's been quiet on the Social Media Front, so here's a quick update.

The new scripting for EMDs is about 95% complete. What this means is we can now move on to final setup of the MILW SD40-2s and NJT GP40PH-2/Comet IIs.

The new scripting is a complete rework of the internal physics and simulation systems for power output, temperature, excitation, transition, and sound handling. With the sound changes, a new pass has been made on mixing and mastering, load balancing, transitionless RPM control, and much more we'll explain in a full log and/or video.

With the power delivery and braking system changes, you can expect a much better "felt" experience of operating trains across the iron than even our last revision of the BNSF pack.

We're exploring updating the older packs to the new standard as well as updating and using the stillborn Fallen Flags pack units we planned years ago to backfill where the new Geometry has yet to touch.

With the completion of the MILW and NJT power, Kevin will finally be able to slide on to his own projects, while I handle import and porting of the new geometry. (RI, ICG, EMDX, SOO, etc)

The new geometry will use an easy to use numbering system akin to other developers to pick out phase differences, era specific details and the like. This should reduce the amount of listed locomotives in game to one or two instead of having a separate entry for every possible variation.

Due to multiple issues with Facebook's Business Suite implementation of messages, we have decided to no longer take or forward support issues through it.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please recognize that it was probably more inconvenient when no one was notified of messages even when looking at the page or on the app. Great bit of kit.

Also, a small bit of news, we are now working on a standalone download and license manager, so that if you should run into issues, build a new PC, etc. It'll streamline the process.

Website/Product activation - Update!

We were finally able to resolve the server backend request issues that unexpectedly caused product activations to fail for nearly the past two months. We wholeheartedly apologize for the frustration and inconveniences this has caused you as well lack of updates on the matter.

New product updates are now available from the respective product pages on our store for download.

Those updates not only will fix the activation failures in-game but also include other bug fixes as well as further improvements, so make sure to glance over the changelogs for more information.

Please note that our website is currently still undergoing maintenance as we aim to improve the overall accessibility and user experience.

We received an incredible amount of support submissions over the past weeks in regards to the activation issues so please bear with us as we now, over the next day or two, finally get around to processing each and every one. Rest assured, you will receive a reply.

Last but not least, we will be running a store-wide sale in the coming week (a separate announcement will follow) to try and make up for the long and overdue update as well as the missed Independence Day sale earlier this year.

We're still working hard on bringing you more content to TSC of our own, but furthermore through exciting partnerships with ANDGames on their upcoming TCDD DE 33000 as well as MachineRail on their 2-8-4 Berkshires! Stay tuned!

Color me impressed! What absolute commitment the CPKC team has to bring all of these pieces together! I was shocked at the turnout, and it was great to meet with our correspondents for the first time that made our AC4400 happen, and are helping bring the CPKC River Sub to be in Simrail!
