It is difficult to put into words how deeply we feel the loss of our friend and employer, Jeff Durham. For so many years, he was much more than our boss—he was a mentor, a friend, and someone who truly cared about his employees.
He created a culture where we felt valued, supported, and proud to be part of the team. He looked out for our best interests, was generous through difficult times, and celebrated our professional and personal successes as if they were his own. His kindness, guidance, and generosity touched our lives in ways we will never forget.
We feel incredibly fortunate to have known him and worked alongside him for so many years. His influence will remain with us, both professionally and personally. Jeff will be deeply missed, and we will always remember him with tremendous gratitude and affection.
Our heartfelt sympathies are with his family and everyone who loved him.
