Happy to announce we are now operating in Wi******er! Because of this, we are now offering free pick up and drop off for repairs within Wi******er. For those of you who may not know, we offer a few different services all while keeping tech repair our bread and butter. If this is your first time hearing of us, our goal is to help people spend less by combatting the "throw-away economy". Many assume that if something breaks, you're better off buying a new one, but often times, it's cheaper to repair than replace! In addition to repairs, we offer other services like "Rent-a-Tech". Check them out below!
Hardware Diagnostics - $FREE! - Don't know what's wrong with it? Let me take a look! I'll let you know the cost of repair and you can decide whether or not to proceed with repair. There will never be a charge to look at something.
Computer Tune up - $50 - Is your computer running slow? Virus or Malware got you tied up? Not sure how to free up storage space? We'll get your computer running faster in a demonstrable way GUARANTEED.
Computer Upgrade - As low as $50 (price varies) - Don't drop over $500 on a new computer that you'll have to replace in a few years. In many cases, a computer even over a decade old can be upgraded to do everything you need today simply by upgrading a few specific parts. Due to the varying price in parts, there is no set price. Of course, assessing your system to see the price of upgrade is always free.
Data Transfer - $50-$75 - Need your data transferred to your new phone or computer? We gotcha covered! Of course, you'll be responsible for any necessary passwords required to transfer encrypted data, but we're happy to help with any password recovery process!
Game Console Cleaning - $75 - Over time, any gamer will notice their console start to collect dust, and sometimes, even a lot of fuzz or hair around the vents (lookin' at you, pet owners). Just like any machine, game consoles need to stay cool, and being packed with dust will slowly kill any game console. Stop it before it's too late with a FULL internal and external clean/detail.
***(note: are not pest control. Any sign of bug infestation will result in immediate reassembly of the system and we will bag it in a garbage bag to hold any pests in. any payment will be refunded, and the device will be returned.)
And finally, RENT-A-TECH!
1 hour: $50 (non-refundable extra travel charge if outside of Wi******er)
2 hour: $75 (non-refundable extra travel charge if outside of Wi******er)
What is Rent-a-Tech?
Simply put, it encompasses all of the above listed services and more, but on a flat rate fee for a set amount of time. For example, let's say you need a printer set up, your computer is running slow, your phone settings need corrected, and you need help with your smart tv, and you want your computer or game console cleaned. Instead of nickel and dime'ing for every individual thing, you pay a flat fee, and I come to you for a set amount of time to accomplish all of these things for you! Anything that can be done within the time window will be done!
****(please note that due to the inherent time limitations, not every service desired may be completed in that time period. Frankly, it's impossible to do 3 hours of work in a single hour. If you wish to use this service, please try to have a list of services needed beforehand, so we can provide the best possible time estimate for you. Of course, we welcome extra requests during the session.)****
