Big news for Pecatonica!

Silo Communications is officially coming to the area. We are excited to begin bringing reliable fiber internet to the community and surrounding rural areas.

Our team is locally built and locally operated, and we are looking forward to serving Pecatonica with fast, dependable internet and local customer support. Construction updates and service availability information will be shared as the project moves forward.

If you are interested in service, we encourage you to fill out a service request on our website so we can notify you as soon as installations are ready in your area. We are currently estimating installations to begin around the end of June through the end of July depending on weather and any construction delays that may come up!

One of the best new features is our instant availability checker. You can now enter your address and see right away if Silo internet is available at your home. As we keep expanding our fiber network, this makes it quick and easy to check if we’re in your area!

Our Black Friday promotion begins in just TWO DAYS, and we’re excited to share our best offer of the year!

From 11/28 through 12/05, eligible addresses can receive their first month of Silo fiber internet free, along with no installation fee. To qualify, an installation appointment must be booked during Black Friday week. Your installation may occur at a later date, but the booking itself secures the promotion.

We had the honor of hosting the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity this week — the incredible team that is helping make parts of our rural fiber expansion possible. Through their work, we’ve been able to brin high-speed, reliable internet to even more homes and businesses that have been underserved for far too long. It’s always rewarding to show the real impact of these projects firsthand, from digging and splicing to the homes that are finally getting connected.

And since we also keep Edwards Apple Orchard connected, we figured we’d run a little quality assurance. We can confirm: great connection, even better donuts. 🍎🍩
