I will not charge you more based on the issue, or the amount of software/malware/viruses I have to remove or install. I have worked with a company who did that and felt that is unethical and not a fair way to bill a customer, as there is the potential of the PC have literally hundreds of viruses that could end up in money out of your pocket. I am a fair, honest rate and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to call me as I can give you a better idea of the time it may take, and an accurate cost so you're comfortable with me, because that is what is important when I leave your home or drop off your computer, that in the future, my business and work brings you back, or earns your respect so that you will recommend others to me.
