Our Valentine’s Brunch delivered on all fronts with good laughs, full plates, and a much needed pause in the middle of busy days.

Today wrapped up Holiday Week at PTG and we could not have asked for a better way to end it.

We kicked things off with a Candy Cane Hunt with 260 candy canes hidden throughout the building, which immediately brought out everyone’s competitive side. We also shared plenty of laughs during the Ornament Exchange, followed by our December Birthday Lunch celebrating the one and only December birthday at PTG. Shoutout to Benjie Desrochers for owning the entire month.

As Holiday Week comes to a close, we are incredibly grateful to celebrate the season with such an amazing team. It is the perfect reminder of how special it is to work alongside people who make every day better. 🎄

Yesterday’s Holiday Week at PTG was absolute chaos in the best way!

The Saran Wrap game turned into a full showdown between Ben Seiber and the dice. No matter how many times he rolled, a double simply was not happening or so it seemed, because Ben appeared fully committed to not rolling one. Meanwhile, Brittney Bemb was unwrapping the ball at lightning speed while the rest of us watched the tension rise.

We also held our Christmas Bake Off and the competition was no joke. First place went to Mary Dushane, followed by Tracy Clucas in second and Jessica Miller-Nims in third. Every entry was impressive and made judging way harder than expected.

Exactly the kind of Holiday Week energy we look forward to every year. 🎄

Holiday Week at PTG continued yesterday with one of our favorite traditions: the White Elephant Gift Exchange.

Before the gift swapping began, we warmed up with the 5 Second Game, Holiday Edition. Fun fact: barely anyone could name three characters from Home Alone, and we collectively (and hesitantly) agreed that werewolves might be a serious contender for pulling Santa’s sleigh. Dawn Aichele came out on top and kicked things off on a high note.

From surprise steals to plenty of laughs, it was exactly the kind of energy we love during a busy season and a great reminder of how much we value time together.

Day two of PTG’s Holiday Week was all about the games and the laughs.

Yesterday, the team got into the holiday spirit with a Christmas themed Price Is Right. From bold guesses to last minute wins, the competition was real, and congratulations to Candace Kulling for taking home the win 🎉

We kept the energy high with our annual Merry Boozemas Exchange, joined by our friends over at D&H, where fierce competition broke out over a select few bottles and no one was willing to give them up.

Yesterday we kicked off PTG’s annual Holiday Fun Week, a tradition we look forward to every year before the holidays. The hot cocoa bar was fully stocked, colorful (and ugly!) sweaters were on full display, and a lively game of Family Feud had our Innovation Lab filled with laughter and cheers. Miss Tina stole the spotlight by winning this year’s Ugly Sweater Contest with her creative and playful ensemble.

We take this week seriously in the best way possible. It reflects our work hard, play hard culture and our belief that great teams are built through connection, fun, and shared experiences.

We are thrilled to share some exciting news.

Dawn Aichele has been promoted to our new Director of Client Experience, effective immediately.

Dawn joined PTG nearly seven years ago as a Project Manager and has spent the last four years leading our Customer Service and Support team. In that time, she has shown a rare balance of nurturing leadership and strong accountability. She shows up for her team every single day, jumps in when needed, supports their growth, and always keeps our clients at the center of every decision.

This next step is a natural progression of the leadership she already brings to PTG.

In her new role, Dawn will oversee both Customer Service and Support and Project Management. She will drive alignment, strengthen team development, standardize project and service processes, oversee project delivery, and champion the seamless client experience that PTG is known for.

We are incredibly excited for Dawn to step into this expanded leadership role. And we can’t wait to see the impact she will continue to make.
