PRAMIX AI is seeking a founding CTO — not a traditional IT leader, but a hands-on architect capable of building/revising/scaling up an already built Enterprise AI Operating System.
🔹 Core Expertise (Must-Have)
• AI/ML & Agentic Systems: LLM architectures, multi-agent systems, RAG, vector databases, LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning, prompt engineering
• Systems & Infrastructure: Distributed systems, API design (REST/WebSocket), microservices, kernel-level concepts, GPU/compute optimization, high availability
• Security by Design: Application & runtime security, zero-trust, cryptography, threat modeling, anti-reverse-engineering, SOC2/ISO readiness
🔹 Platform & Cost Engineering
• Agent observability, autonomy & governance
• Cost optimization across LLM tokens, fine-tuning strategies, GPU scheduling, storage tiering, latency reduction
🔹 Enterprise Platform Experience
• Deep integrations with ERP/Treasury systems, IdPs (OAuth2, SAML, SSO), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data warehouses
• Enterprise requirements: SLAs, data residency, audit readiness, DR/backup/failover, blue-green deployments
🔹 Strategic & Business Mindset
• Platform/OS thinking (not just SaaS)
• Ability to design and defend technical moats: data moats, integration depth, switching costs, security & compute advantages
🔹 Tech Stack (Expert Level)
Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React, LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, WebSockets, low-level systems concepts (eBPF familiarity a plus)
🔹 Experience
• 5+ years each in AI/ML, platform/infrastructure, and technical leadership
• Startup experience strongly preferred
🔹 Ideal Backgrounds
• CTO / VP Engineering at AI or infra startup
• Principal/Staff Engineer at cloud or AI platform
• ML platform or security architect at enterprise tech company
🔹 What You’ll Own
• Technical vision & architecture of PRAMIX OS
• Platform scalability, security, and reliability
• Building and leading the core engineering team post-funding
