We sent a client their audit results today.....
Here is the conversation:
Refund Sniper: Results.....

Client:
"Thank you for the information. Is this only from the last 18 months? I suspect that the number is probably much higher because I've never done this before. Is it possible to go further back?"

Refund Sniper:
"This is from the last 18 months. Unfortunately, Amazon does not allow any claims prior to 18 months....
At every quarterly audit we perform we will be going back the full 18 months allowed..."

Client:
"Ok thanks. Wish I signed up sooner."

What more is there to say.... Every day that passes is another day that cannot be reconciled.... I didn't make up those rules.... so don't look at me!!

Runners! Or those just getting started....
Before you work on your speed/pace/distance.... WORK ON YOUR FORM! You'll thank me later when you are not expending all that extra energy swinging your arms all over and stamping your feet!

Good posture, arms swinging nice and neat, feet light on the pavement, good stride, square those shoulders, etc....

Just had to mention it this morning as I am passing so many people on my morning runs that are expending SO MUCH unnecessary energy because of poor form!

I also passed a couple Amazon sellers expending loads of unnecessary energy on trying to make sense of their inventory when they could have just called Refund Sniper.... Just sayin!!
