Just a small update. Outlook is still dealing with issues. Less people are complaining about problems, but there are still issues. Here is a link that might be helpful for iPhone users who are having trouble with their outlook, but it's not a guaranteed fix.

After addressing a widespread outage that affected Outlook.com users worldwide on Monday, Microsoft has asked iPhone users to re-enter their credentials to regain access to their Outlook and Hotmail accounts via the default Mail app.

Last night, Microsoft started telling people to uninstall and reinstall outlook. The people who have done so have reported they cannot get past the verification screen.

As of 6 this morning, Outlook is still down for a majority of users on mobile devices and web browsers. As more information becomes available, we will keep you posted.

Samsung Mobile Users:

"Samsung is discontinuing the Samsung Messages app in July 2026, transitioning to Google Messages as the default for RCS and text messaging, particularly in the US. After this date, Samsung Messages will no longer send or receive texts, though it may function for emergency services. Users should switch to Google Messages to ensure a seamless transition."

Here is another example of a scam. Notice how the voicemail doesn’t even say what kind of account it is? If you look up the phone number that was used to call, there are zero results indicating that this message was left by a scammer.

Unfortunately, this is how things have to be approached. Never believe what you are told unless you called a trusted number directly.
