Hey everyone,
We have an important update: we are moving locations! But don't worry, we are moving to another nearby location (within a mile of where we are currently located). However, with this move, we will also be doing things just a little bit different.
Moving forward, we will be ditching the hybrid shop hours/appointment hours we have kept for the last several years. In its place, we will be primarily appointment based and will no longer offer standard office hours. This will allow us to be more efficient and provide greater flexibility, convenience, and more agreeable appointment hours for our customers.
After much consideration, the current schedule just wasn't working and led to too much confusion and frustration. We want to be able to give all our customers equal time and attention, but with high demand and limited staff, we just didn't feel we could be everywhere at once and offer our undivided attention. During the standard work week, we will still gladly accept drop offs without an appointment, as available, but please note, we will no longer have set office hours and are often away on customer appointments. We highly encourage customers to schedule appointments, or at least call ahead.
Currently, the plan is to be in office/accept phone calls between 10-6 Monday-Friday, when we are not out on appointment. So please bear with us as we workshop this idea and transition to the new shop over the next couple of months. Additionally, we are also working to incorporate more ways for you to get in touch with us/schedule with us, such as adding the ability to text our business number. We thank all our customers for years of support, and we look forward to better serving you in the future.
