🚨 Watch Out for UPS Scams - Please Read & Share 🚨

If you receive a call/text from a number you don’t recognize, please don’t trust it or engage.

⚠️ What to watch for:
• UPS does not send delivery issues via random text messages
• Messages are designed to create urgency and pressure you to click
• The phone numbers are not associated with UPS
• These scams often attempt to steal personal information or install malware

We’ve included a screenshot of what this type of scam message can look like.

Please do NOT click, reply, or open anything. Block and report the number immediately.

That bad guys are at it again! ⚠️

A phishing email impersonating Minburn Communications is currently circulating with the subject line: "Your Account Alerts for Minburn Communications."

If you receive this email:
❌ Do not open the attachment.
❌ Do not click any links.
❌ Do not provide any personal information.

We've included a screenshot of the fraudulent email below so you know what to look for. If you're ever unsure whether an email is legitimate, please do not click anything and contact us directly before taking any action.

Training Notice – June 2

From 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on June 2, residents may notice a large law enforcement presence at 25713 Highway 6, just west of the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, as we conduct a scheduled training session.

Armored vehicles and SERT teams will be participating in the training exercise.

There is no danger to the public — this is only a training event. We simply wanted to provide a heads up in case you see increased activity in the area.
