As of July 1st our Diamond Hill location was closed for operations. Since then we have changed to a more mobile operation which includes house calls, remote support and pick up and delivery. We have also consolidated our efforts to serving current-past customer and business customers only. We are not taking on any new customers at this time. Business referrals are welcome to call and discuss thier individual needs. Thank you all for your understanding and past patronage.

I think there are still many of my customers out there that are unaware that we are closing the store for retail and walk in service. this Friday will be the last day that we will be repairing computers in the store. The store phone number will not change so if you need service please call before coming in.

Beware of a new twist to and old scam. We just repaired a system where the customer was a victim of the older script scam that tells you that you are infected and to call a number. This new twist allows them to start a chat session without your doing anything to allow them access to your computer. If this happens STOP the chat immediately and never allow a remote user to access your machine unless you initiated the action yourself.

Sometimes life wraps you up and you face distraction after distraction. I’ve had this page up for years and never really paid attention to it due to any number of immediate issues that were present at different times. My own health issues, my wife’s battle with breast cancer, my grandsons premature arrival which hasn’t slowed him down one bit.
Tonight while watching the pats & eagles win I strolled through messages and questions and request I never responded to. Too all of you I’m sorry there’s no excuse for it, I can only try to do better in 2018 than I’ve done in the past. Watch for more post and quicker response.

Virus issues are a huge problem. There are many scammers out there just waiting to take your money. If your PC starts talking to you and warning you of impending issues, then your a victim. Don't be conned into letting anyone you don't know access your pc remotely, the only interest they have is their own. this came from someone with an email address. Beware of scams like this.
