Everyone's racing to bolt AI tools onto their business right now. Fewer people are asking the boring question first: do we actually have a plan for how this fits into what we do, who's accountable for it, and what happens when it goes wrong?

Password security is one of those things everyone knows matters, but almost no one has a system for...

Last week the team joined us for a lunch and learn on credential management, the small habits that separate a business with real security hygiene from one hoping nothing goes wrong. Weak or reused passwords are still one of the easiest ways in for bad actors, and it's also one of the easiest things to fix once you have the right tools in place.

Good conversation, better sandwiches, and a few takeaways our team is already putting into practice.
