The maintenance that was planned for tonight - WED APR 06 2016 - will be postponed until THU APR 07 2016 during the hours of 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

Customers may experiences outages during this maintenance. After this maintenance, if you are not able to connect, please power cycle your GW Equipment & your router.
To do this:
1) Simply unplug the electrical cord from the electrical outlet in the wall for 1-2 minutes
2) If you are not sure which power cord is for the GW antenna located outside of your home, look for a little "box like" item (picture attached) and follow the electrical cord to the electrical outlet
3) Plug it back in
4) Retry your connection
*******IMPORTANT******* DO NOT press the reset button on the back of your router. If you do this, it will remove all configurations from it and you will not be able to connect to the internet without re-configuring it again.
