JOB TITLE: Technical Sales Representative

LOCATION: Portland, OR

ABOUT US:
GLI is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team! We offer partnership-driven, customized, field-to-table production solutions for the nation’s food packing and shipping industry.

TECHNICAL SALES REP JOB SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable with cold calling and be a motivated self-starter. A small book of accounts will be transferred over to maintain and will be responsible for bringing in new customers. This position will be responsible for sales in Vancouver/Portland/Salem and surrounding areas. This candidate will be selling printing solutions, software, and consumable items.

TECHNICAL SALES REP REQUIREMENTS:

-Must be comfortable working outside the office throughout the work week and going to customer locations
-Strong understanding of basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
-Strong technical aptitude and willing to troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary
-Previous experience in working with equipment, printers, hardware and software - highly preferred!

BENEFITS:

BASE COMPENSATION: $50,000-$60,000 & a generous commission plan
