Important Notice Regarding Windows 11 24H2 Update and Remote Desktop Connection Issues

We would like to inform you of a critical issue affecting users of Windows 11 who rely on Remote Desktop Connections (RDC) for work. Recent Microsoft feature updates, specifically the 24H2 release, have been reported to cause significant problems with RDC functionality. These issues range from connectivity disruptions to display-related errors, which may impact your ability to work effectively.

Please be aware that once the 24H2 update is installed, you have a limited window of 10 days to revert to the previous version (23H2). After this period, the option to roll back will no longer be available. If the update is not reversed within this timeframe, your Remote Desktop Connection may become unstable, and resolution from Microsoft is not expected until a rumored fix is released in Q4 2025.

🚨🚨🚨Facebook notification email scam alert 🚨🚨🚨 Your Facebook account could be stolen very easily. Please share this to your friends.

If you receive email supposedly from Facebook and there is a link for you to log in to view your notifications, do not enter any of your account information, better still do not click on it!

You can see in this case, on the face of it, the email appears legitimate, even the domain name when the email details are revealed, seems semi legitimate (facebookmail.com is indeed owned by Meta), but email headers can be spoofed easily.

When we examine the actual links within the email, the lower two links are indeed directing you to Facebook, but the top link that tells you to view notifications is going to some private content, which could be harmful to your system or designed to lure you to enter in your Facebook login credentials.

We've encountered an issue where a recent Google Chrome update has affected the printing functionality within ECW Cloud/12. ECW is actively working on a permanent solution to resolve this matter.

Temporary Fix:
In the meantime, you can restore your printing capabilities by following these steps:
Navigate to Plugin Settings in ECW Cloud/12.
Locate and disable the Print Settings.

This adjustment should allow you to continue printing until ECW deploy a comprehensive update.
