From personalized embroidery to vibrant printed vinyl and exquisite laser engraving. Most orders can be completed with in 2-3 weeks however during peak holiday season turnaround time may be 4-6 weeks. 📦 Apparel Order & Shipping Update 📦

All apparel orders placed between April 28 and June 5 that were paid in full have been completed and shipped. I am currently caught up on all apparel orders within that date range.

As a reminder, my standard production times for apparel orders are:

• 25–50 pieces: approximately 2–3 weeks (not including shipping)
• 50–100 pieces: approximately 3 weeks (not including shipping)
• 100+ pieces: approximately 4–6 weeks (not including shipping)

Please remember that apparel orders often require shirts and other garments to be ordered from warehouses located throughout the United States. Unless Express Production and Shipping is requested and paid for, I use the most economical shipping methods available to help keep your costs as low as possible.

The same applies to orders that qualify for free shipping. To continue offering competitive pricing and occasional free shipping promotions, I utilize the most cost-effective shipping methods available.

During the month of May, I was away attending my son's wedding. While I continued working when possible, some orders without hard deadlines were completed upon my return.

Please note that production time and shipping time are two separate timelines. Once an order leaves my shop and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my control.

For shipping and production times on non-apparel items, please contact me before placing your order. Turnaround times can vary depending on the product, quantity, and materials required.

If you have a specific event date or hard deadline that must be met, please contact me before placing your order, paying your invoice, or checking out online. Orders will not be adjusted after payment to accommodate deadlines that were not discussed in advance.

Expedited production may be available for select orders. Additional rush fees will apply, so please plan and order accordingly.

Good morning!!

I completely forgot to update my shop hours recently, so I wanted to catch everyone up. My son’s wedding was Thursday, so I spent time with family and friends celebrating him and our new daughter-in-law. ❤️

Now that I’m back home, I’ve been battling a double ear infection and a sinus infection. Yes, I’m on meds, but let me tell you... flying with a double ear infection was a whole experience and not one I recommend. 😅

I’m going to be taking the holiday weekend to rest and focus on getting better, so I will not be responding to messages regarding order updates or anything business-related until Tuesday.
