NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
We will fully train anyone willing to learn and work!
We provide all the necessary tools and equipment.

We’re looking for a reliable, honest, and hard-working individual to help our foreman install cable wires, fiber optic lines, and/or pet fence wires at homes on the northside of Indianapolis.

This is a full-time position but start and end times are very flexible.

After only one week of training you can also work extra on your own on evenings and weekends and earn $60+ an hour as often as you’d like.

Evenings, weekends, and holidays are not required.

Opportunities for advancement include guaranteed training to become a team lead within one year. Team leads typically earn $2000-2500 per week.

Qualifications:
Willing work mostly outdoors
Willing to ride with foreman in work truck a lot of the time
Ability to use basic tools: Shovel, screwdriver, wire snips etc.
Reliable transportation to and from work.

We have immediate openings for self-motivated individuals that want a TRULY flexible job with high end earning potential. Work the days you want to, for as long or as short hours as you want.
This is a “paid by the job” position. The more you do, the more you make. This is not an hourly or salary position.
Typically, you will make $30-$60 an hour just starting out and with a little experience it can go much, much higher. It all depends on how much you want to work, you decide your paycheck.
This is a somewhat physical job and the work is outdoors, but anyone motivated enough to earn can do this work. We will train you and set you up for success. The rest is up to you!
Experience in construction, landscaping, utilities, and/or telecom are a major plus. Opportunities for growth are unlimited.
