Fix guarantees affordable, reliable, and quick service. With the fully complimentary drop and collect service, no customer will have to leave his/her home or office. However, I do require a 30% deposit at the time of pick up. At the time of drop off, I require the remaining 70%. If an alternative payment plan is not discussed prior to the time of collect, items will not be returned until full payment is received. Because I believe in providing the best customer service possible, all customers will receive a follow up within 2 weeks in regards to the item that was service/repaired.
