🎙️ SOICT 2026 KEYNOTE SPEAKER - PROF. LI XIAOLI
We are delighted to welcome Prof. Li Xiaoli from Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, as a Keynote Speaker at SOICT 2026 - The 15th International Symposium on Information and Communication Technology.
Prof. Li is currently the Head of the Information Systems Technology and Design (ISTD) Pillar at SUTD, bringing more than 30 years of experience across academia and industry. Prior to joining SUTD, he served as Department Head of Machine Intellection at A*STAR’s Institute for Infocomm Research (I²R), where he led a team of more than 100 scientists in developing advanced AI technologies and real-world solutions across multiple sectors.
His research expertise spans Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Mining and Data Science, with a strong focus on translating cutting-edge research into impactful applications. Prof. Li has published over 400 research papers in leading international conferences and journals and has held leadership roles at prestigious AI conferences including NeurIPS, ICLR, KDD, ICDM, WWW, IJCAI, AAAI, ACL and EMNLP.
His contributions to the field have earned international recognition, including being named a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher and being listed among the world’s top 2% scientists by Stanford University.
With his extensive experience bridging AI research, industry innovation and large-scale technology deployment, Prof. Li will bring valuable perspectives to the academic community at SOICT 2026.

The 15th International Symposium on Information and Communication Technology
SOICT 2026 serves as a vibrant international platform for researchers, academics, and industry professionals to present pioneering research, exchange insights, and build new collaborations. Covering a broad spectrum of emerging and impactful topics, including AI Foundations and Big Data, Networking and Communication Technologies, Multimedia Processing, AI Applications, Generative AI, Applied Operations Research and Optimization, Recent Advances in Cyber Security, the symposium aims to foster meaningful dialogue and advance innovation across the ICT landscape.
SOICT 2026 proceedings will be published in the Springer CCIS series. The Proceedings of SOICT 2026 will be indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, Scopus and submitted for inclusion in ISI Proceedings.
