Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Elsa Haxhijaj to imbus Peja as part of the Shadow Days initiative, organized by and in cooperation with
Over the course of five days, Elsa had the opportunity to closely observe various activities and processes within our company, gaining valuable insights into different professional roles and experiencing how an international technology company operates.
During her stay, she was introduced to software testing concepts, information security practices, and international quality standards, while also learning about business development, partnership building, collaboration with institutions, and company promotion activities.
Through meetings and discussions with our team members, Elsa gained a better understanding of the challenges, responsibilities, and opportunities that the technology and business sectors offer.
We are delighted to have been part of this initiative and to contribute to the professional orientation and empowerment of young women.
