That is the Enterprise Service Provisioning throughput our team has delivered for the Tier 1 carriers we support, across the full service stack: FIA (fiber internet access), Video, Hosted voice, SIP, E-Line, E-LAN, CTBH (cell tower backhaul), and UHS (ultra high speed services).
All of it provisioned across mixed-vendor environments: , , Adva, RAD and Ciena.
ESP exists to take provisioning load off carrier engineering teams so their senior people can focus on architecture, not tickets. Volume at this level, sustained across four and a half months and across this much service and equipment diversity, is what the model is supposed to look like.
Congratulations to the ESP team. The work is quiet, the impact is not.
