SCCM Specialist

Tasks
• Collaboration in projects in the Microsoft environment
• Improvements and update of the IT infrastructure
• Client configuration management, plan and implement
• Evaluate, plan and implement customer requirements
• Support and administration of the Workplace infrastructure of our customers
• lncident, change and problem management according to ITIL
Profile
• Completed basic IT training and at least 3-5 years of professional experience
• Experienced knowledge in the area of Workplace and the management systems used with it such as MS SCCM, Win10/11, GPO, Staging SCCM
• Terms such as AD/User/Groups, GPO and Automation in Powershell are not foreign words to you and you know how to use them
• Good project and migration experience in the Workplace area round off your technical experience
• As a team player you like to communicate with customers and team members Good written and spoken German
