We're looking for new team members to join our Technical Support crew at Coding Lab.
-5 spots for Technical Support L1
-3 spots for Technical Support L2

Location: Bregu i Diellit, Prishtinë

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Level 1 Support: Conduct performance checks; manage fraud and transaction errors; onboard clients; and address game issues, escalating complex ones as needed to L2.
-Level 2 Support: Includes Level 1 tasks plus resolving game issues; testing games and fixing exceptions with Java language; analyzing game XML logs via Google Cloud Platform; and escalating complex ones as needed to L3.

Requirements:
-Experience in technical support or IT.
-Proficient in Java, XML, JSON, with Google Cloud Platform experience.
-Skilled in using Jira, Trello, and Slack for project management and communication.
-Strong problem-solving skills, customer-focused, with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Work Schedules:
-We have 3 different work schedules. We'll discuss which one fits you best during your interview.

-Guide customers in the implementation and integration of our software solutions, providing code-level support and debugging assistance when necessary.
-Provide timely and constructive feedback to the development team on product improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and recurring issues.

-Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and maintain high-quality customer service standards.

Job Requirements:
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in ENGLISH, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a software development environment.
-Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
-Ability to read, interpret, and debug code written in JavaScript and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with debugging tools and techniques for JavaScript-based applications.
-Familiarity with JIRA or other ticketing systems is highly advantageous.
-Proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation and data management.
