As part of our full-stack creative team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and monitoring applications.

Responsibilities:

Developing high-quality applications.
Writing clean, efficient code and designing scalable solutions.
Collaborating closely with front-end and back-end developers.
Ensuring junior staff meet development standards.
Continuously improving application functionality and performance.
Utilizing modern technologies and best development practices.
Designing and maintaining application layers.

Requirements:

For SOFTWARE Developers (.NET):

- Extensive experience in .NET languages (C++, .NET), ASP.NET MVC, C #, MS SQL, and WEB API.
- A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience as a Software Developer.
- Familiarity with ASP.NET framework and SQL servers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

For ANGULAR Developers:

- Strong experience with Angular, JavaScript (ES6/ES7), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in Frontend technologies.
- Familiarity with REST API integration.
- Experience with Docker containers and version control systems like GIT.
- Understanding of Clean Code principles.

Compensation:

Full-time working contract.
Very competitive salary, depending on experience.

THE COLLEGE OF MUNICIPAL OFFICERS FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ENGAGED IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF INTRANET SERVICES

The Collegium of Municipal Information Technology Officers held its next meeting, where the introduction of improved intranet services in Municipalities was made.

Municipal Information Technology Officers once again expressed their concern about the much-needed changes in the system, through ongoing requests to improve and overcome the current barriers related to information technology specifically for municipal websites, and the intranet. .

Despite the constant criticism regarding the previous work of the company and the responsibility of the MAPL about the problems and not the functionality of the intranet, the IT Collegium through engagement has given its valuable contribution to the working group in the development of the new platform for Municipalities. which will be launched in January.

Municipal Information Technology Officers expressed special thanks to the responsible company SPINP Agency, for their cooperation and commitment in meeting the requirements of IT in the functioning of new findings, in the further improvement of new services and the advancement of the whole system in general.

Regarding the issue of intranet applications in municipalities, many problems were discussed in this area such as archiving old cases, the need for new resources, data migration, deadlines and case reports, etc.

On this occasion, Information Technology Officers express their willingness and commitment with professional services of SPINP Agency to be a direct participant in further discussions in advancing e-government with the highest responsible institutions, with the aim of creating new opportunities to provide better public services, more fast and accessible in providing electronic services to citizens.
