🔎 Kunden per E-Mail, Telefon betreuen und ihre Fragen oder Anliegen klären;
🔎 Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und professionelle Kundenbetreuung;
🔎 Kundeninformationen nach Bedarf pflegen und aktualisieren;
🔎 Datenführung der Kundeninteraktionen, Kommentare und Beschwerden;
🔎 Die Fähigkeit haben täglich ein hohes Aufkommen an Anrufen und/oder E-Mails effizient zu bearbeiten;
🔎 Eine positive und professionelle Haltung gegenüber den Kunden einnehmen.

Ihr Profil:

✅ Bevorzugte Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung;
✅ Gute Deutschkenntnisse (wichtig);
✅ Gute Kenntnisse von MS Office/G Suite Applications;
✅ Gute analytische Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung;
✅ Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.

Expectations / Duties:

✅ Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees;
✅ Maintain and update employee records and benefits;
✅ Oversee payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking;
✅ Support performance evaluations, employee relations;
✅ Resolve workplace issues and conflicts professionally;
✅ Ensure smooth office operations and vendor coordination;
✅ Manage office supplies, vendors, and daily operations;
✅ Process and track invoices to ensure timely payments;
✅ Coordinate travel arrangements, scheduling;
✅ Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks efficiently.

Skills / Requirements

- Excellent English language proficiency;
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to manage data entry tasks and streamline information flow. If you’re tech-savvy and have a knack for organization, we’d love to hear from you!

Expectations / Duties
✅ Perform data entry tasks using spreadsheets and other related tools;
✅ Conduct market research to gather relevant data;
✅ Review data for errors or missing information, and resolve any discrepancies;
✅ Collaborate with the Sales team and other departments as needed;
✅ Process and manage data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and precision;
✅ Support the team by performing tasks related to the organization.

Skills / Technology / Requirements
🔎 Proficiency in the English language;
🔎 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and other related platforms;
🔎 Familiarity with communication tools like Slack, Discord etc;
🔎 Strong attention to detail;
