Administrative Assistant Vacancy
• SPM/STPM or Diploma in any relevant fields
• 2 years working experience in office administration and procurement
• Good computer skills with experience using Window-based programmes
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Provide administrative support when necessary
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies for the office.
• Oversee general office operations such as maintenance, cleaning scheduling and security.
• Coordinating appointments and meetings of staff and Director’s calendar and schedules.
• Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
• Organize and maintain the company's Google Drive and Dropbox account.
• Assist operation team with printing material
• Renew Licenses
• In-charge of cash deposit and cheque encashment
• Taking meeting minutes for all meetings
• Greet and assist office visitors
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
