Tossing out a few pics taken during various cooks. I've been neglecting the photos lately.

Here we've got a beer battered fried halibut sandwich, chimichangas, Argentine - style chicken, green chili smash burger, a smoked pecan pie from scratch, pollo asado with elotes and mexican rice, fondant potatoes, and Texas chili topped with a fried egg. I have tons more to share.
