Did you know? If your contacts have zip codes in the system, you have the option to filter your lists by zip codes when sending a text blast. When setting up your text blast, click the desired lists you'd like to send a text blast then select the "Filter" button. You will then be presented with several filters including the option to add multiple zip codes by separating them with commas (ex: 72365, 29554, 11210). Once you add your zip codes, click "Apply." Once you send your text blast, only those contacts with those specific zip codes will receive it. Go try it out today!

Last week we showed you one of the benefits of the enterprise boost module. This week we continue with another benefit that allows you to select the available short codes your advertisers can use. When creating or editing a group you will see the option to check or uncheck the available short codes. Don't forget to click "Save," and then those advertisers assigned to the group will only see the short codes you selected.

The enterprise boost module allows you to create groups to customize the features and options your advertisers can use. One of those options is disabling uploads. When creating or editing a group you will see the option to "Upload Contacts." By unchecking this option and clicking "Save," the advertisers assigned to this group will not be allowed to do uploads. This week, we've added the option to exclude contacts when sending a text blast. You will find the option by clicking on the filter option, then selecting "Advanced." From there you'll be able to select lists you'd like to exclude from your text blast. If those contacts are found in any other lists, they will not receive your text blast. Go check it out today!

Recently, our mobile coupon feature received a facelift with a fresh new design. As you may already know, our mobile coupon feature allows you to create coupons and send them to your contacts. Those contacts can view and redeem those coupons by clicking a unique coupon link. Also, contacts can view their available coupons under their mobile wallet which can be accessed by clicking a coupon link. Go check out the updated design today!

Did you know that you can forward message replies from the inbox to a mobile number? To get started, go to the Inbox feature and click on the bell icon. From there you'll be able to add mobile numbers that will be notified of inbox replies. Please note that a credit will be used for each text message sent. Also, mobile number users will not be able to reply from their devices. They would need to use the inbox feature to reply.

This will allow you to reach the winner not only by their mobile number but also by their email. Remember that you can be notified of winner(s) via text message, email, or both!

Great news! Our opt-in tracking report has been updated with the key features of the geo-tracking report into one. When viewing the report, you will now see a geo-tracking button that will allow you to view a map and understand where opt-ins are coming from. If you hover over one of the hotspots, you will see how many opt-ins are in that location. You can then download that data in a CSV report as needed.

Do you have too many loyalty program license keys and can't remember which license key a table is using? No problem. From the keypad screen, enter the pin code associated with the license key. You will then be presented with the app settings. Press the top left (Three bars) navigation menu and select "About." The next screen will show details about the app, including the license key being used. Go find your license key today!

Did you know? You can view coupons even after they've expired. Click on the mobile coupon feature then select the "Expired" tab. From there you will see your expired coupons. You can also click on the "Copy" button to create another version of a coupon as needed.

We've updated our message delivery report a few weeks ago. One of the changes is the ability to view your text blast tests separately from your actual text blasts. Simply click on the "View Tests" button on the top right to view tests sent to a single number. Go check it out!

Did you know? You can sort contacts in various ways when viewing a list. For example, if you click at the top of the opt-in column, you will be able to sort the contacts by opt-in date either in ascending or descending order. This will allow you to view the most recent or the very first opt-ins in a list.
