As a Senior Media Buyer at PSdigital, you will be pivotal in executing and optimizing our media plans and performance campaigns. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of experts and have the autonomy to make data-driven decisions that impact our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Minimum 2+ years of proven hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on driving measurable results.
- Advanced expertise in planning, executing, managing, and optimizing PPC, native, and social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X/Twitter, and Google Ads).
- Solid knowledge of tracking and analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Hotjar, and Google Data Studio (Looker Studio).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Ability to manage large-scale budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends, bidding strategies, and automation techniques.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.

Requirements:-

- 2–4 years of experience in performance media buying, campaign management, and digital marketing (mandatory).
- Proven expertise with ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other social platforms.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing performance campaigns to achieve conversion and ROI targets.
- Advanced data-driven decision-making and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

Overview:
The Account Director will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This includes analyzing client needs, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team in delivering exceptional client experiences. The Account director will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies to meet client goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and reporting on account performance.
2. Coordinate with various parties within the same account to achieve different goals that ultimately support the main objective for the account. (Commercial and marketing goals)
3. Manage account budgets, forecasts, and profitability, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work on expanding business with upselling and cross-selling strategies.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and deliver value to clients.

Job Requirements:
