Rest easy buddy - James Koch of High End Audio Repair in Phoenix Arizona has passed away. Jim was an audio technician Tour de Force. On top of that he was generous with his time, honest, humble and caring. Most, if not ALL of the equipment you may be listening to, sold to you by pitch perfect audio, may have passed through Jim's bench if it was a trade in we sold. All our trade in's were tested by Jim. Heck, some of our new items even had to go straight to Jim😉. We loved to chat about vintage audio and he told me it was always satisfying keeping these products operating at a very high level for well into the future. In many ways, Jim was the most important Beetle. He was the 5th Beetle for many audio dealers. Quietly working away in the background making the equipment and dealer shine. Thanks for the hard work Jim, you will be sorely missed.
