Following the incredible triumph of the national rugby team, the Springboks, in the 2023 Rugby World Cup in Paris, France, our colleagues at Apex Business Systems are commemorating an extra public holiday today.

As players, we were not the focus of this, according to Springbok captain Siya Kolisi. "With this diverse team, we proved what is possible, and this victory was for every South African."

We feel privileged to have collaborated with Mary-Grace Whitehead , the founder of the Mary Grace Whitehead foundation and the current Miss Limpopo Province 2023, and her team on this important initiative they’ve organized. A school shoe drive for the benefit of the province's primary school learners. The effort was a success, and tomorrow she will donates 250 pairs of school shoes, and this will significantly impact many lives.

Requirements
• Must have Call Centre Customer Service experience within the ICT field, preferably office automation.
• Have an intermediate grasp of Excel – there will be a test involved.
• Must have matric.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
• Allocate calls to Technicians.
• Order parts for Technicians.
• Liaise with automation dealers for areas where company doesn’t have Technician coverage.
• Collect job sheets for automation dealers to arrange purchase orders.
• Track machine movements and keep accurate records.
• Perform invoicing.

The new models are equipped with enhanced productivity features, delivering print speeds of up to 90 ppm, with fast warm-up times and a paper capacity that can hold up to 6,500 sheets for more extended continuous printing. The built-in Duplex Single Pass Feeder can scan two-sided documents at speeds of up to 280 ipm in batches of up to 300 sheets, making it quick to finish even large jobs. There is even an option for eliminating double feeding of paper when scanning and an alert LED to remind users to remove their originals when they are done, helping to keep documents secure.
