Dear Client
As you may know, Fluent Pixels have also not added any price increase on our hosting packages for the last 3 years, rather choosing to absorb inflation and cost increases to keep providing a great service at a great price.
Unfortunately, Web Hosting Providers around the globe have received a notification from cPanel, the control panel provider that they will be increasing their pricing substantially and not provide unlimited accounts per licence either but charged per account going forward.
This news unfortunately means many smaller hosts will be forced to close business or alternatively increase their pricing or change hosting panel to accommodate the new changes.
You can read how web hosting providers around the globe feel about this as well as South African providers on the following links:

We have hence been in many discussions to try and solve this with an affordable solution.
As we believe most customers are familiar with the cPanel interface and would really not want to move to a panel that is not fully development to provide the same functionality that cPanel has to offer.
In doing so we may have to implement a few possible changes.
1.Web hosting pricing may increase by R10 for the entry level plan, each and the bigger hosting packages by R20 each.
2.Reseller Hosting packages may incur limits based on the amount of accounts stored on each level.
3.Managed cPanel VPS and Dedicated customers will get an option to stay on cPanel and pay a separate bill for the number of accounts used, alternatively move to a different control panel. More info to follow.
4.Move hosting accounts to newer faster servers in a new rack in Data Center where we can consolidate more customers per server to save costs and make it feasible.
Doing the above will not affect your hosting or your uptime, only the slight increase in the cost of your monthly plan.
We will be sending you an email shortly detailing how your account is impacted.
Please Note #
Cloudflare
Customers using Cloudflare or not using our default Name Server records on their domains will have to update the IP address as per email sent in separate email before maintenance is performed.
99% of customers should be unaffected - for those with custom setups feel free to contact our support team for more information on the migration change.
Moving to a New Provider
Should you feel that this cost increase is not acceptable and wish to a new provider we will be sad to see you go and will assist the new provider with all information they need.
Thank you for your understanding
Kind regards

Massive cPanel price rises [merged] - This will result in large price increases depending on number of accounts per server, thoughts? I guess this is what happens after a VC buyout.... [
