This laptop came to us with no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity. After diagnosing the fault, we replaced the damaged Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card, reconnected the antenna cables, and thoroughly tested everything to ensure it was working perfectly.

Today, it's back in its owner's hands — fully connected and ready to go! 💻✨

🔍 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stopped working?

In most cases, the cause is something simple:
• 💻 Outdated or corrupted drivers
• ⚙️ Software or Windows updates
• 🔄 Incorrect network settings
• 🛡️ BIOS or firmware issues

But every now and then, it's the hardware.

That was the case with a recent ASUS X409F we repaired.

The Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card's antenna connector had been physically damaged, so the antenna cable couldn't attach properly. Without that connection, both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stopped working.

🔧 We replaced the faulty wireless card, reconnected the antenna cables, and the laptop was back online.

That's why we always diagnose first; not guess. The right diagnosis saves time, money, and unnecessary repairs.

This ASUS X409F arrived with no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity.
After a full diagnosis, we discovered the issue wasn't software—it was a physically damaged Wi-Fi card antenna connector, which prevented the antenna cable from connecting properly.

🔧 Repair Completed:
✅ Replaced the faulty Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card
✅ Reconnected the antenna cables
✅ Tested and confirmed both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are working perfectly
