As 2025 winds down, it feels like a good moment to stop, look back, and say thanks. It’s been a year of solid progress, smart thinking, and a lot of teamwork across South Africa’s telecoms space.
For us at Wanatel, it’s been a year of building. We launched new products and stayed focused on what matters most: giving our resellers tools that actually make their day-to-day business easier.
eWhisper was exciting. Seeing teams use it to work from anywhere, without sacrificing call quality or reliability, has been hugely satisfying.
eCIRRUS developed from a concept into a dependable operational backbone for resellers. From customer management and billing to workflows and insights, it’s helping bring a bit more order and clarity to busy businesses - for our resellers and for their customers, and particularly extending their ability to grow their market offering and differentiate in a tough market.
Overall, 2025 has been about building smarter and integrating better, so our partners can compete, differentiate, and grow with confidence.
The way businesses communicate keeps changing, faster and faster. Mobility, automation, flexible working, it’s all moving quickly. We’re excited about what’s next, and we’re proud to be shaping that future alongside our reseller community.
Thanks to everyone who’s trusted us, challenged us, and worked with us this year. You play a big part in what we build, and that doesn’t go unnoticed.
