Recent work: KIRBY - Looking Down on Earth

Looking Down on Earth is a large-scale, interactive space exhibit developed for the Kirby Science Center as part of their new space-focused gallery.

Created in collaboration with Formula-D, the exhibit allows visitors to explore Earth from orbit through a shared, multiplayer experience—blending real-time data, tactile interaction, and immersive projection.

Fun fact. My very first visual program I coded was drawing the ThunderCats logo on a CRT monitor in GW-Basic.

"GW-BASIC, short for Gee-Whiz BASIC, was a Microsoft implementation of BASIC specifically for the IBM PC and compatibles. It was a successor to BASICA, which required a ROM-based BASIC interpreter. GW-BASIC was a fully self-contained executable, meaning it didn't rely on a ROM chip. "

Throwback to 2015
When we built a custom OSC controller for Ableton Live as part of the Immersive Media Wall project.

This wasn’t just any media wall — it responded in real time to music, motion, and audience interaction. To sync everything seamlessly, we wrote our own OSC bridge that let Ableton talk directly to the visual system.

One of our earliest deep dives into real-time audio-visual performance tech — and the moment Wezside fell in love with the possibilities of creative coding + live experience.

Sometimes a great idea needs time to mature.
We're dusting off one of our early AI experiments — StyleMe — and getting it ready for release.

StyleMe began as a bold experiment: swap your face with AI-generated hairstyles from different eras (think 80s, Rock, Punk) using a native mobile app that leverages cloud-inferred models. We used ReplicateHQ for deployment and AWS Lambdas for API orchestration.

At the time, copyright uncertainty and model restrictions kept it on the shelf. But with fresh thinking and new visuals, we're reworking the experience — and this time, we're styling it right.

Stay tuned — we’re turning this once-shelved prototype into a polished release.

Tool in Focus:
From sensors to servos, Arduino has been the backbone of many of our interactive builds. It’s our go-to microcontroller for rapid prototyping, responsive environments, and bridging the digital with the physical.
