The Qorvo® QPC6144 is a Silicon on Insulator (SOI) Single-Pole 4- Throw (SP4T) switch designed for uses in cellular, 3G, LTE and other high-performance communication systems. It offers excellent high isolation of >60dB, symmetric throw ports with excellent linearity and power handling capability. The design is non-reflective as such the RF1, RF2, RF3 and RF4 ports are terminated with 50 Ω load(s) in the non-throw or OFF state.

The Qorvo® QPF4607 is an integrated front end module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems. The compact form factor and integrated matching minimizes layout area in the application. Performance is focused on optimizing the PA for a 5V supply voltage that minimizes power consumption to allow for systems that use digital pre-distortion to achieve the highest linear output power and leading edge throughput for the RF chain.

The Qorvo® QPF4607 is an integrated front end module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems. DC Power = 1.45 W at +24 dBm.
