TBH, this isn’t far off from explaining what I do to my mom. But I would give her more credit than a Victorian child - at least she slays on Facebook (she just found FB marketplace!)

It would be difficult to follow in her lead and explain what YOUKNOW does to a Victorian child, considering we are deep in the tech space😂. But to someone living in 2026, it's simply put: we integrate science into decision-making by using social and media intelligence to turn noise into a unified truth…

That, and we make our team record things like this lol.
