Let’s Talk About Training and Freedom

Too often, the training we see on social media is designed to make us better employees — to adapt, endure, and even accept being overworked or undervalued.

But let’s be honest: this can feel like a form of modern-day enslavement in the workplace, where survival becomes more important than happiness.

Why aren’t we seeing the same level of investment in training for self-employment, entrepreneurship, and ownership? Why are we being conditioned to only seek jobs, instead of creating opportunities for ourselves and others?

Unemployment is tough, yes. But settling for environments that crush our potential is not the answer.
We need to shift the narrative:

From dependency to independence,

From endurance to empowerment,

From surviving to truly thriving.

It’s time we start choosing happiness, freedom, and ownership over just “making it through another workday.”
