A fusion of 3D Printing and Electronics to create absolute Magic in Spitzkoppe, the heart of the Namibian desert 🏜️

The stage design for this year's Fractal Festival was based on a Torus - the elemental shape of the universe - designed to guide the energy flow towards the stars. 🌌 Representing how energy travels from atoms to galaxies, this immersive installation perfectly showcases the brilliance of functional art.

The glowing shells were 3D printed in White PETG for optimal light diffusion. Inside, they are packed with custom-soldered WS2812B LED strips, all fully controlled via DMX to sync flawlessly with the music.

What did the team do when the Elegoo shipment arrived? Immediately unboxed the Neptune 4 Plus printer and got to testing 😂🔥

This is a beast of a printer, built for Makers wanting to print large models with a quick production time. The build volume is massive, coming in at 320x320x385mm, with high speeds of up to 500mm/s thanks to the pre-installed Klipper firmware ⚡️
