WE’RE HIRING | Graphic Designer

Esenbee Design & Print is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic person to join our small but busy design and print studio.

This is not a traditional graphic design position where you’ll spend all day behind a computer. We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is happy to be involved in every aspect of the business.

The role includes:

• Graphic design and artwork creation
• Assisting customers over the counter
• Preparing quotations and invoices
• Basic administration and customer follow-ups
• Print finishing and bindery
• Operating large-format and digital printers
VersaWorks experience is an advantage)
• Working with Adobe Creative Suite
• General day-to-day studio duties

We’re looking for someone who:

✓ Has strong graphic design skills
✓ Is organised with excellent time management
✓ Is friendly, professional and can work independently
✓ Can multitask and work well under pressure
✓ Is eager to learn and take on new challenges
✓ Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
✓ Wants to build a long-term career in a small business where they can grow alongside the company and become a valued member of the team.
