Over the past fifteen months, while a lot of the market was busy reacting to AI announcements, we have been doing something quieter.

We have been building and automating the Centrax AI Practice Library. A working set of artefacts that together describe how AI consulting should actually be delivered inside enterprises.

You can choose the right use case, build it on clean data, embed it in the right system, and govern it well. It will still fail if the people who were meant to use it do not.
