Welcome to Caroline Dickens, Advisory Board Member.
We are thrilled to welcome Caroline to the Digiwealth team.
Caroline brings extensive global experience, and her joining marks a significant milestone as we continue building a leading global fintech firm.
Caroline Dickens brings over 25 years of international experience spanning private equity, corporate development, and infrastructure finance. Alongside her advisory roles, Caroline is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Neonova Partners, a UK-based private capital platform. Caroline holds an active non-executive portfolio, including board positions with a prominent Asian manufacturing PLC and an established family office's UK platform.
Her extensive executive background includes leading M&A, pre-IPO planning, and post-acquisition integration. Crucially for her advisory work, Caroline brings deep expertise in regulated environments and complex asset classes. She co-founded a commercial property investment boutique advising Asian institutional investors on prime real estate, and previously served as a Director at an emerging-markets fixed-income hedge fund where she held FCA approvals as CF1 (Director), CF21 (Investment Adviser), and CF30 (Customer Function).
Having lived and worked across the Asia Pacific region, continental Europe, and the UK, she brings a globally portable skill set, investor-side rigour, and an operator's instinct to the boards she advises. Caroline is guided by the core belief that while talent is everywhere, opportunity is not, and she is deeply committed to using private capital and technology to widen access to growth and opportunity for those who need it most.
