How robust is your communication management?
Communication is the core of any and every relationship.
Internal, external, marketing, operational, clients, suppliers. We need to communicate with everyone in our value chain.
There are a few factors you need to consider here.
🔥 Firstly, how do you deliver all of this communication. How do you reach the right people at the right time with the right information?
🔥 Secondly, how do you maintain the integrity of the information? Safety, security and access. This goes for filing, storage and backing it up for security and continuity
🔥 Lastly, how do you ensure it is useful and usable (practically) in your succession and continuity planning. What happens when a staff members leave, or a supplier changes or a compliance record needs to be accessed.
