Over the past 15 years, Impact has grown from a small photography studio into a digital agency serving clients across multiple brands and platforms. Much of that journey has been shaped by Janice Gutsche’s love for people, her gift for building meaningful connections, and her passion for the digital space.

From the beginning, Janice has led this journey with vision, faith and determination, building the foundation that Impact stands on today. For the past 10 years, Almari Rooi has worked alongside her, helping shape and grow the agency’s digital work.

As Impact continues to grow, the time has come for a leadership transition. Janice is moving from CEO to chairman and Almari to general manager, continuing and expanding the work that has been built over the years.

• Collaborate with the team on shoots and concepts
• Assist with styling, food prep for content, admin & shoot setup
Requirements:
• Strong portfolio / showreel (required) - must include videography & editing
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Confident with lighting & Adobe Suite
