2οΈβ£ VODACOM DATA FILE UPDATE π
Vodacom sent us a data file in a different format, which caused activation dates to shift.
As a result, activations done over the weekend are currently reflecting under 22 December on your reports.
π’ GOOD NEWS:
All activations are showing correctly β only the date needs alignment.
If you select the full commission period, everything reflects accurately, so no stress at all.
We are engaging Vodacom and will align the dates as soon as their IT team is fully back online.
