Yup. Well done idiots at the ANC.
Opinion piece | South Africa had an incredible opportunity to hold the 2025 G20 for Africa for the first time on African soil.
But instead will be using the event for their own self-importance, enrichment, and "Left-wing equality dogma coupled with egalitarianism" which refers to the ANC political belief system centred on achieving what they pretentiously portray as social and economic equality for "all", often through radical means and prioritizing collective well-being over individual hierarchy, which may suit a few but not everyone.
It advocates for reducing or abolishing unjustified inequalities through measures like wealth redistribution, including expropriation without compensation, 145 race laws that works against white South Africans while informing its citizens this is all in aid of a society where human development can flourish in cooperative, mutually respectful relations without excessive differences in status, power, and wealth with the focus on Africa's debt burdens and historical grievances.
The two day G20 summit should be utilised to provide the opportunity to catapult new investment opportunities with an enthusiasm injection for South Africa and Africa as a whole, but unfortunately this will not happen instead the opportunity will be for self-enrichment and those who need it most will not benefit.
What an absolute waste of an opportunity!
