Position Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and commercially astute Operational Financial Specialist to join our ICT infrastructure team. This role is pivotal in managing costings, supporting quotation processes, and ensuring accurate financial administration across projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with negotiation expertise, providing back‑office support that drives profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Costing Analysis: Prepare and maintain detailed costing sheets for ICT infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Quotation Support: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop professional quotations aligned with client requirements.
• Negotiation: Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Financial Administration: Manage back‑office processes including reconciliations, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
• Reporting: Provide management with clear financial insights, variance reports, and project profitability tracking.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, financial standards, and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
• Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in costing and financial operations (ICT or engineering sector preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Excel, costing models, and ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• High attention to detail with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical, sales, and executive teams.

• Accuracy of costing sheets and quotation support.
• Reduction in supplier costs through effective negotiation.
• Timely completion of financial reconciliations and reporting.
• Contribution to improved project margins and profitability.
